Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account or by emailing hello@calledos.agency. Annual subscriptions are pro-rated for unused months.
Where does the data come from?
We poll the public CBP feed (U.S. Customs and Border Protection) and the public CBSA feed (Canada Border Services Agency) every five minutes. Same data the agencies publish themselves; we just store it, parse it, and add alerts on top.
How accurate are the predictions?
Predictions and "best time to cross" suggestions are statistical averages computed from your port's own day-of-week and hour-of-day history. Not perfect, but a lot better than guessing.
Do you sell my email?
No. We never sell, rent, or share your email. Read the Privacy Policy.
