Delete your BorderLive account

You control your BorderLive account and personal data. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete immediately in the app

  1. Open BorderLive and choose Alerts.
  2. Sign in, then select Delete account.
  3. Review the warning and confirm Delete account and data.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address connected to your BorderLive account. We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your BorderLive account link and profile
  • Crossing alert rules and registered devices
  • Push-notification tokens and interaction history
  • Mobile export and quota records tied to the account

What may be retained

Security logs and records required for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, or accounting obligations may remain for the minimum period required. Public border-wait observations are not personal data.
